Dry Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
dash ground cloves
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Wet Ingredients:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine:

1 beaten egg
1 mashed banana
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp oil
1-1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp molasses (add more if you like the intense flavor of molasses)

Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just uniform. Cook the pancakes as any other, on an oiled frying pan over medium heat, flipping when bubbles form on the top.

We eat them topped with butter and Grade B (dark) maple syrup.
